Look Sexy at the Beach

Summer is synonymous with beaches, and when the word beach is mentioned within their hearing, some guys immediately think of beach babes. These guys go to the beach for the sole purpose of hitting on these beauties they find at the beach.
The beach is a great place to meet people during the holidays. And yes, beach babes can be found a-plenty at the beach. But even if you do not possess the body to flaunt wearing a two-piece string bikini, you do not have to worry about it. You can still be a beach babe; all you need to do is to look cool and sexy when you go to the beach.
The Beach Outfit
Most of the time, it is not what you choose to reveal but rather what you choose to wear that can make you look sexy. The key to looking sexy when you go to the beach is to look cool and refreshing to the eyes.
A bright-colored bathing suit should do the trick. It does not have to be a string bikini; a one-piece swimsuit would do just fine. If you are not that comfortable about the shape of your body, a dark-colored, one-piece bathing suit may give the illusion of slenderness, and it can make you look elegant, too. High-cut swimsuits also give the illusion of longer, more slender legs.
If you are not going to get into the water and are planning on just lounging on a chair with a book, you can look cool and sexy with the clever use of a wrap. You do not have to show off all of your legs. Allowing just a peek through the wrap can be tantalizing enough.
You can also bring a loose shirt or a long-sleeved blouse to protect your arms when you start burning up. Sunburn, after all, is not sexy and is actually serious when it is severe. If you are planning to stay at the beach until evening, a long-sleeved blouse or a light sweater can protect you from the coldness of the sea air.
Remember to get your legs and bikini area waxed or shaved before you hit the beach, though. Unsightly hair is neither cool nor sexy. Another thing you should never forget is to put on sunscreen. Use SPF 30 and lay it on thickly all over your skin.
Cap your look with a neat pair of sunglasses that complement the shape of your face. Bring a sun hat too for extra protection from the sun; not only that, a sun hat with a wide brim looks great. And then, complete the look with nice flip-flops. Be sure to get your feet beach-ready with a good manicure.
Beach Hair and Makeup
If you have short hair, you do not have to style it. You are going for the cool and refreshing look, so leaving it as it is may be better for you. If you have a short bob, pinning it with cheerful but sophisticated-looking barrettes can add to your refreshing look. If your hair is long, a high ponytail is definitely the way to do your hair.
You can wear makeup to the beach, as long as it is waterproof and moisturizing. Be generous with the moisturizer today; your skin will need it. Avoid heavy makeup, though. If you can stick with a light foundation, mascara, bronzer and lip balm, you are good to go.
You do not have to have a perfect figure to be a beach babe. Just putting together a cool beach outfit is enough to make you look sexy when you go to the beach.
